I have spent decades trekking and scaling mountain summits.
The mountains taught me what boardrooms rarely do: patience, pacing, humility before terrain, and the clarity that only comes when you rise above noise.
Manali-se was not built as a hospitality venture. It was built from that lived relationship with altitude and stillness.
As a mountaineer and keen bird photographer, I have learned to wait, to observe, and to see patterns others miss. Leadership demands the same discipline.
