Before I became a Leadership Transformation Coach, I was a hands on practitioner.
I built my career around the semiconductor industry, working across EU, US and APAC regions.
My technical foundation was shaped at MIT, IIT, UMCP and UT.
My research led to 63 journal papers and 7 patents.
While attending the Stanford Executive Business Program, I identified my professional purpose and pivoted towards Sustainability. Certifications from Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) strengthened the expertise further.
Within Corporate, I have driven business growth establishing enterprise leadership and competitiveness
Within Mergers and Acquisitions, I have driven integration and transformation.
I have worked with trade associations to bring entire industries together around resilience and responsible growth
And so, when I work with senior leaders navigating enterprise transformation, sustainability strategy, or executive transition, I understand the operational, political and systemic realities involved.
MY PHILOSOPHY OF CHANGELeadership must extend beyond enterprise to planetary responsibility.
I do not see transformation as a performance exercise.
I see it as a responsibility.
One that requires courage to reinvent, discipline to think deeply, and conviction to act before consensus forms.
HOW I AM DIFFERENTI’m not your advisor. Count me as your thinking partner.
What differentiates me as a Leadership Transformation Catalyst is that I bring subject-matter depth together with boardroom perspective and a global worldview. I understand regulatory complexity, market pressures and cultural nuance.
I also believe that transformation is not only institutional, it is deeply personal.
Having redesigned my own career more than once, I understand the uncertainty that accompanies reinvention.
